Nika Island Resort & Spa reserves the right to charge the credit card at the time of making the booking (100% of the accommodations with service charge and tax and round trip seaplane transportation). The resort will contact guests to fill up a credit card authorization form and other documents.
Please note that guests must specify arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, at least 72 hours prior to arrival date, to guarantee the transfer.
Shared seaplane transportation will be booked after receiving guests' full names and international flight details. The hotel’s airport representative will meet the guests at the airport arrival hall.
Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only (06.00 to 15.30). Guests arriving in Malé on an international flight after 15:00 will need to find their own overnight accommodations in Malé or nearby. They will be transferred to the resort on the following day.
Guests departing Malé on an international flight earlier than 09:30 will need to leave 1 day before the date of departure to reach the airport on time.
Sea plane transportation fare includes a baggage allowance of 20 kg per passenger and hand luggage up to 5 kg. Extra Luggage will be charged USD 4 per kg. A single luggage of 30 kg or more in weight will not be accepted as per international standards.
Trans Maldivian Airways (Transport provider) is an independent operator, which provides the resort with seaplane schedules in the evening prior to arrivals and departures. As such, all schedule timings are solely at the discretion of the Management of Trans Maldivian Airways. It is not a responsibility of the Resort, if the flight operator delays or cancels flights due to operational requirements or weather conditions
The cost of a one-way transfer will be charged for any transfer cancellation received three days prior to the arrival date.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Bringing of any food items to the resort are strictly prohibited.

4. How it works:
All types of beverages are for the personal consumption, served one glass in the time, ordered at the Main Bar, Beach Bar/Coffee Shop or Restaurant Bar.
Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic can be ordered one at a time and not in advance.
The resort cannot be held responsible for any facilities, service that cannot be used due to weather conditions or due to circumstances beyond our control.
The property procedure requires billing for all consumption of food and beverages as well as for all other services; all guests are required to sign in the bills that are presented against any service provided.
The benefit of the package can be enjoyed until check-out or check-out time 12:00 pm, in case the transfer gets delayed or advanced due to transfer rescheduling, the clients cannot claim for.
All Inclusive Food / Drinks cannot be taken away from bars or restaurant.
